Ingredients
  • 1 package
    Firm Tofu, drained
  • 3 tbsp
    Soy Sauce, Low Sodium
  • 2 tsp
    Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp
    Rice Vinegar
  • 2 cloves
    Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp
    Ginger Root, minced
  • 1 large whole (3” dia)
    Tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 1 small
    Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup
    Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tbsp
    Sesame Seeds
Directions

Drain liquid from the tofu by placing the tofu between two baking sheets with a heavy book on top. Pat dry.

Combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar in a small bowl. Whisk together. Heat some canola oil in a small pan over medium heat, stir in the garlic and ginger, and cook until lightly golden; stir into the soy sauce mixture.

Cut tofu into bite-sized pieces, and toss together with the tomato, onion, and cilantro. Pour in the dressing and toss to coat. Garnish with sesame seeds.
