Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup
    Medium-Grain Brown Rice, cooked according to package instructions
  • 1 cup
    Frozen Broccoli, Chopped
  • 1/2 medium pepper
    Red Bell Pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 cup, sliced
    Red Onion
  • 1/2 cup
    Gluten-Free Teriyaki Sauce, use normal if no gluten allergy
  • 1 cup, chunks
    Pineapple
Directions

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Spray with cooking spray. Cook onion until golden brown. Add broccoli and red bell pepper. Cook until tender. Pour teriyaki sauce over veggies. Remove from heat and stir together. Pour vegetable mix over warm rice. Enjoy with a side of pineapple.
