    Silken Tofu
  • 1 cup
    Cheese Alternative, any kind you prefer, we like a combo of cheddar and mozzarella
  • 12 oz
    Macaroni, cooked according to package instructions

In a large saucepan over medium heat, add the cornstarch and butter. Stir until browned. Add the soy milk and bring to a boil until thickened. Stir in 1 cup of silken tofu and cheese alternative. Turn heat to low. Add a dash of salt and black pepper. Add the macaroni and stir until heated thoroughly.
